Made an initial cash offer on a vehicle 2k under its bluebook value. Would have been willing to pay considerably more if they would have done basic negotiation and was also interested in buying a second vehicle from them, but instead they sent this childish disrespectful response. I have bought 5 cars in the last few years from Sac area dealers and have never received this level of childish disrespectful behavior. You have been warned with how Triple Crown conducts business.

Purchased a car from them a few months ago. Seemed like a good deal. Less than a month I get hit with a $2000 repair bill. Ok here is the kicker sure I bough the car AS IS. I get that, but problem is this car should have never legally or legitimately passed smog. Which tells me they knowingly somehow faked a smog cert in order to sell the car and knowingly sold a bad car. I contacted them they pretty much ignored me just saying I should have brought them the car and they might have been able to help, yeah because I trust the dealer that car is breaking down less than 1 month after buying and I wasnt even aware they had a shop to do repairs at that time(because the roseville location doesnt have one they have a second location which at that time I didnt know about). I put in complaint with BAR sadly BAR didnt have enough pull to get anything out of them. Avoid this place at all cost, my car was missing a check valve in the intake manifold. Not damaged, not not functioning MISSING.

Had the car less than a month and is currently in the shop get a new transmission. 6,097 so I'm very disappointed in the purchase to say the least. You would think you could drive it for more than a month before you have major problems. Would give zero stars. Also they made sure t9 tell you car is sold as is, which I have since been told there is a warranty on major drive train by law for 30 days. Looking in to this for legal action.

Sales person who answered the phone had bad attitude, Provided a garbage half scanned cheapo version of the carfax, then when i called to request the full copy, agreed to send it but never sent anything. Watch out if you have a problem with your car! Looks like Ghosting the customer is routine business there.

I want to say thank you to this company. We purchased our second used vehicle from them within a two year period. We understand their stance on pricing. One must research and price out a vehicle to understand the prices they are selling at are at Fair Market Value, not high or not low, hence they are strong on the price to purchase. Always compare apples to apples when buying a used vehicle. We take our vehicle within 3 days after purchase to our regular auto shop to verify all is fine for safety and or any major issues. On our end, we had a hiccup, and after working with the sales manager within three days of purchase, we verified all was just fine with our second purchase. With friendly discussions and an actual GMC dealer doing some tests in our area all was verified to be an excellent used vehicle. This company spoke with us and worked with our concern, was open to discussion and at the end of the day, the car was verified by a dealer to be a great purchase. Thank you Triple Crown Auto Sales, when number three is needed, we will be back.

bought a car here and LUCKILY bought the insurance for it. honestly felt like a scam. there were many problems with the car and the repairs would’ve been 6k + within a short time period. i wouldn’t buy a car from here
