Took too long for an oil change. Had an appointment for 10:30, they didn't start until one hour after. I was there for almost 3 hours. Workers were nice, just took too long

I am beginning to have doubts about the service department. The service advisor didn't bother to call me back regarding the time frame for the repairs. I had to call them. It turns out it is much longer than I anticipated. Now I will be without a vehicle for almost a week. Then the service advisor tries to sell me on new brakes. I just don't know right now.
