Overall very good experience purchasing a 2025 Pilot here. I worked with the Internet team, Louie and Daisy, who were professional throughout the process. They patiently worked with us on price to get to a number we were willing to pay. Overall I’d recommend this dealership.

Beware of this Honda dealership. They told me my transmission needed to be replaced and quoted $10,000 for the repair. They reached out to me 3 times to convince me to sell my car and buy a new one, which felt very pushy. I took my car to a local mechanic for a second opinion, and they found nothing wrong with the transmission. Instead, water had gotten into the car and caused the system to glitch, triggering a false transmission error. When I initially brought the car in, I specifically asked them to check whether it could be a system or sensor issue, but that concern was brushed off and they immediately focused on replacing the transmission. After being quoted $10k, I told them I was coming to pick up my car. By the time I arrived, the employee I had been dealing with (Viet Le) had already left. The technician that "looked" at my car was Romero Pulido. Overall, this experience felt misleading and overly sales-driven. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major repairs here.

The staff and service was great. I did not appreciate the 3% “credit card surcharge” — essentially passing along the credit card processing cost to customers.

My car was in for routine servicing and a scratch on the door. As always, service department was very professional and knowledgeable. My car was completed in a record amout of time. Also, shout out to Bill Smith who did an excellent job of covering up the scratch on my drivers side door. i will always recommend Elk Grove Honda.
