Christian was amazing and very helpful. He pulled through for me getting me into a used vehicle as I traded in my truck. Very easy to talk to and a great attitude. And Julian the manager was also a big help getting me approved for the vehicle. 10/10 recommend coming to see them if you're interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Christian and Edgardo were very friendly and helpful. They were also very knowledgeable and in no way pushy when it came to sales. My wife and I felt very comfortable and confident when buying our Mazda CX-5.

Eager to sell you contracts but go silent once you want to cancel them. I have purchased gap coverage from this dealership and it was cancelled by mistake. Everything except GAP was supposed to be cancelled. Now they do not want to honor the mistake and blame the customer. Would not recommend.

The experience was great from the sales person (Chris Gonzalez) to the Finance (Kim) and Definitely a smooth transaction from beginning to end. I will spread the words to my friends and family about this dealer and hope that they’ll consider getting their vehicle at Mazda of Elk Grove. God bless you guys.
