After car searching for a few weeks we found the perfect vehicle here at Roseville City Motors at a great price! Tony and Joe were amazing and went above and beyond to satisfy us . Even if we live 3 hours away we would definitely come back for another purchase...

Thank you Tony, I called the number to the Lot late Sunday 11/10/24 before the upcoming federal holiday Veterans Day 11/11/24 Tony took down my name and number. Told me he will be open on the Holiday, I drove a hour and a half out in a crazy rain storm, I was treated beyond fair, his dad makes the best coffee for starters, by lunch time they had ordered pizza which was fire! The hospitality was amazing eye contact, communication on point, no shady BS. Stand up guy that you don’t see no more. Me personally I had a great day thanks for the Truck brother!

Had drove 2 hours to see a vehicle and was informed by Tony the day before that someone would be there to meet me. Well I was stood up and only after 2 hours did I get a response but I was already gone. This dealership does not do good business wouldn’t recommend!

Went to their dealership, inquired about a Subaru and he told me the price which I was OK with and before I could say anything else he said he would have to do a credit check for me to test drive it because I look like someone that couldn’t afford it. Well, I got news for you, I could afford it and then some the whole ordeal just put me off I probably wouldn’t go with him

We apologize for the inconvenience and miscommunication. However the phone calls and messages involving our sales team are recorded. The sales person explained to you the company policy of a pre approval check before test drive. He never once brought to the conversation anything of social status. If you would like to call in and speak to a manager they can answer any other questions clearly. Have a great day and good luck on your vehicle purchase endeavor.
