If I could give no stars I would. Carlos didn't let my husband test drive the truck on the freeway and forged my husbands signature without letting us know all the sections on the contract. He also made a typo that let us know the contract was rushed. We were informed many times they were closing so everything was rushed. The same day we drove on the freeway home and the check engine light came on. It was a cylinder 4 misfire! We had to replace all spark plugs and ignition coils! We went back before we repaired it and told Carlos about the check engine light and he said that AutoZone was a scammer ! We also had a markup price for $7k more just because we financed it when the cash price was $14k . We are now filing a small claim and hoping it all gets resolved. Best bet is to stay far away from this place !
