Jay was great. He answered all of our questions, provided options with some concerns we had and was very transparent. He did not try to hard sell any extras. He only discussed it when I brought it up (extended warranty, tinting, etc.). He also advised us to contact him if we have any questions or issues in the future. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
