Huge shoutout to Vanessa Torrijos! If you’re heading to DriveTime, do yourself a favor and ask for Vanessa Torrijos. I’m not kidding—she helped me get into a new car in just a few hours. I usually dread the whole car-buying process, but Vanessa’s energy and attitude completely changed the vibe. She’s super friendly and actually listens. She was incredibly detail-oriented, walking me through everything, and she gave me some really solid advice that helped me feel confident I was making the right choice. What I appreciated most was how fast she was to answer the phone. Every time I had a question, she was right there with an answer. It’s rare to find someone that responsive and professional who still feels like a real person just trying to help you out. If you want a stress-free experience and someone who’s going to move fast for you, Vanessa is the one. So happy with my new car—thanks again!

Vanessa was amazing! She made my car buying experience quick and easy. I was able to drive a few vehicles before finally settling on the one that I love the most. She answered all my questions and it was hassle free. The whole buying experience was seamless and I would highly recommend DriveTime to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The staff was also very welcoming.

Ilia is absolutely amazing! I came in a little over a week ago with my car broken down and didn't make it back for quite a few days looking for her. She worked with me and my 'not so great credit' and my co-signer and got me everything I was looking for and more.... And the ability to make my payments lower within 60 days. She works hard, is super understanding (I had to leave to get my kids then co-signer had to leave to get hers), has a wonderful attitude (we are highstrung and stressed currently and she dealt with it/us phenomenally) and great communication! Recommended Ilia 100% (and DriveTime Sacramento)! Thank you so much Ilia and sorry for being an irritating customer (I know we were lol)

Dont come here these people are extremely lazy and unprofessional. Plus a worker there said I had a freeze on my account when I did not have a freeze on there, i believe this was because it was near closing time and he said this to go home soon.
