Kareem Auto Sales

Drivetime I showed up at an appt had to wait 20 minutes upon greeting no handshake, very cold. Test drove a car and was never told price. Then directed to waiting area and then told that I needed to put down payment of $10,000. Car i drove wasn't even worth $10,000. Again no handshake thank you or nothing. Felt so humiliated. Ill never go back there. Funny thing is I called ahead of time and told exact same information over phone that I did in person. They said oh yeah we can work with you no problem, we'll get you into your new car people come in all the time in your situation. BS !

I just wanna start out by saying this was by far the craziest, but the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I don't have the greatest credit and I just started a new job, but I was able to give them a good size down and they were able to work with me monthly payments. Drove my car home on Tuesday. Thursday night, I had a major oil leak. I called them Friday morning and they fixed it right away no hesitations no questions. Pick it back up Friday ran great. Saturday and she doesn't start. I'm not a mechanic so I have no idea why but I guess the battery but they went above and beyond they drove to my to the vehicle got it started. I drove it to the dealership and they fixed it and I had it back again the same day. If you ask me that is above and beyond what a dealership has to do when selling a used vehicle. Over the years my family has purchased several vehicles from the dealership and they've always treated us with respect and this time they went above and beyond!!! I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to buy a vehicle.

We have purchased a total of 3 cars from them over the last few years...the last one purchased this past October and we've been satisfied with each purchase! We would definitely recommend!

I don't even live in NorCal area at the moment but i got a letter from from a finance company in SoCal denying my application for an autoloan from Kareem auto only thing i have done is looking at cars.com

I wish they had different levels to the stars on here because the staff was great and very friendly and helpful. That's where the good ends. I've had the truck since 5/5/25 its 5/22/25. Check engine light came on and I was told I've had the truck too long. They referred me to a repair shop that will give me "their rates". When I mentioned what cylinder was having issues, the person said "oh not cylinder 2?" (It was cylinder 6 with the issues) So that leads me to belive there was known issues. The traction control light is also on when I'm parked. I feel like I just got a lemon and now I need to spend money to fix a truck I just bought from them. I feel like codes were cleared before I bought it and it was sold as is. I should have just went to a big dealer with warranties.

We are very happy with our purchase. We already knew which vehicle that we wanted to look at. Everyone was very helpful and made our experience very stress free.

Wouldn't recommend. After owning the car. I realize there were a lot of issues with the car that were just covered up.
